Team Series Awards - The Virginia BMX Team Series Champion
> Race Day awards for team participation in a Virginia BMX Qualifier and the Championship Final Event are POINTS toward the Series Award. There are no designated team trophies or other awards for team participation in daily Virginia BMX events.
> After the first Virginia BMX Qualifier, and for each subsequent race, riders from the top three teams in the previous Virginia BMX Qualifier are eligible to lead the parade lap in the order their team finished the previous race. All riders on the Team Roster may participate in the parade lap and must wear the Team Jersey along with other required race gear.
> The Virginia BMX Team Series Champion Award is awarded to the Top Team in the Series that has competed in at least three (3) Virginia BMX Qualifiers. Series points will be based on the team's best three (3) Virginia BMX Qualifier scores plus the score from the Championship Final Event. This Team Series Champion Award will be the only Series Award in Virginia BMX Team Competition. Teams competing in fewer events or earning a lower ranking are eligible for a Team Series ranking.
> Cash proceeds (Fees less award costs) from the Team Series will be used to support Team Virginia's participation in the National Bicycle League's President's Cup racing event.
